These terms cover your use of patdivilly.ie. Coaching, facilitator training and team programmes each have their own terms, which you receive before you sign up, and those terms apply to that work.

Not medical or psychological advice

The content on this website, and the free practices it links to, are for general education. They aren't a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional care. Breathwork can bring up strong physical and emotional responses.
