This page explains what personal information is collected through patdivilly.ie, why, and what you can ask for. It is written to be read, so it is plain rather than exhaustive. If anything is unclear, email support@patdivilly.com and you will get a straight answer.
Pat Divilly Fitness Ltd, a company registered in Ireland, is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything on this page at support@patdivilly.com.
Please don't send detailed health information through the website forms. If health matters come up in coaching or training, we discuss how that information is handled directly with you.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business. They process your information on our behalf and only for the purposes above. They currently include GoHighLevel (forms, email and our customer records), Stripe (payments), Calendly (call booking), Zoom (calls and live sessions), Google Workspace (email and documents) and Netlify (website hosting). Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on safeguards approved under GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
This website itself doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. The sign-up form is provided by GoHighLevel and may set cookies needed to submit it. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads.
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Applications and enquiries that don't go further are deleted within two years. Records of programmes you have taken part in, and anything needed for accounting, are kept for as long as Irish law requires, usually six years.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy of it, object to how it is used, or restrict its use. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email support@patdivilly.com and we will respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
