The Grounded Leadership System is a private, six-month, one-to-one container to rebuild the way you lead yourself under pressure. Not by "thinking better", but by training a deeper operating system across three layers: mental, emotional, and relational.

No spiritual bypass. Just truth, nervous system capacity, and practical change you can hold.

2) Emotional capacity

Feel without being hijacked.

We build your ability to feel without being hijacked by what you feel. Less reactivity. More steadiness. Better recovery after stress. Stronger boundaries without shutting down.

3) Relational leadership

Stop repeating the same cycles with different people.

Your internal patterns show up in your closest relationships and in the room when you lead. We work directly with conflict style, attachment dynamics, and communication under strain so you stop repeating the same cycles with different people.

How it works

How it works (six months).

Fortnightly 1:1 sessions

You'll have 12 private sessions over six months, held every two weeks. Each session is structured, direct, and grounded in what's actually happening in your life and leadership.

Between-session support

You won't be left to "figure it out" alone between sessions. You'll have support between calls so the work keeps moving when real life kicks in.

The private diagnostic (week 1, month 3, month 6)

This is not generic assessment. It's a targeted diagnostic built around how you operate under stress, intimacy, pressure, conflict, and decision-making.

We run this three times:

Week 1
Establish the baseline. We map your current patterns and the costs they're creating.
Month 3
Midpoint recalibration. We refine the map based on what's changed and what's now showing up.
Month 6
Consolidation and integration. We lock in what's stable, and set the next sequence so your gains don't fade when life gets busy.

What you receive from the diagnostic

After each diagnostic, you get clear outputs you can use immediately:

  • A one-page map of your current patterns across the three layers
  • A six-month priority sequence so you know what to focus on, and in what order
This removes guesswork. It turns "self-awareness" into a plan.

This system is built from two decades of work across Ireland, the UK, and the Middle East, alongside deep training in both somatic and psychological approaches.

My background includes:

  • Over 1,000 hours of breathwork training and practice
  • Certified trauma release provider
  • Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté)
  • Advanced diploma in Jungian psychology
  • Gottman Method and IMAGO relationship work
  • NLP and hypnosis training
This matters because leadership problems are rarely just "strategy". They're pattern problems. Nervous system problems. Relationship problems. Identity problems. We work at the level where the pattern actually lives.
